Sausages

Our sausages are 94% pork meat with 3% herbs and seasoning and a splash of water. They contain no cereal binder and are just good quality pork meat, ensuring a tastier sausage.

  • Special Breakfast Sausage: Rs. 2,500 per 500g  

  • Cumberland sausages with Sage: Rs. 2,600 per 500g

  • We also provide Chicken and Beef sausage: Rs. 2,500 per 500g

Bacon & 
Gammon

Our bacon is home dry cured, with no added water. available as smoked or unsmoked. Our gammon steaks are dry cured and cut to any thickness.

Traditional Australian Meat Pies

Meat Pies

We only use cuts from prime Sri Lankan beef rump, sirloin or fillet. You can dive into our freshly baked pies and homemade gravy at our restaurant in Bentota or buy from us to take it home.

Ham Shanks 

Our ham hocks are dry cured and excellent for making soups.
Ham Shank: Rs. 4,000 per 1Kg
